How to buy online?

Buying online is very easy. Just follow the steps below:

  • Choose the product category.
  • View the product you are interested in. With just one click you will be able to see the description and enlarged photo of the product, availability, reference and price.
  • Add the desired product units to the basket. You can then continue adding products or place your order.
  • If you want to continue shopping, repeat the process, but if you want to process the order: - Enter the discount code (if you have one) - Select the delivery zone - Press "Place Order"..
  • At this point, you must be registered or enter your user details in order to be able to place an order. If you are not yet registered, register and once you have entered your details, check that they are correct and press "Continue"..
  • You can shop as a guest without registering, registered users have advantages in discount codes.
  • Select your payment method: Visa, Master Card, Maestro, PayPal, bank transfer or cash on delivery and make sure that the shipping and billing address are correct.
  • Check all the details of the order and if everything is correct, accept the terms and conditions of sale and click on "Place Order"..
  • You will then see your order number and receive an e-mail confirming your order. You can also print your order from the same page.

Will I receive the same product as I see in the picture?

Yes, because the photos of most of our products are taken in our photo studio.

Why are products sometimes not available?

We make every effort to ensure the availability of the products listed in the catalogue, but due to demand and supply issues, some products may not be available at a given time. In that case, we assure you that our purchasing department will handle the issue as quickly as possible so that you can purchase the desired product as soon as possible. As our products are manufactured in locations all over the world, unforeseen events sometimes arise that cause delays in supply.

How can I be sure that I have made the right purchase?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive it, go to the "My Accounton our website. There you will be able to review all your details as well as your order history.

Can I check the status of my order?

Yes, go to the section "My Account and, in the left-hand column, look for the section "My orders. You will be able to see the status of your order.

How do I recover my forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it by clicking REMEMBER on the registration page or at the bottom of the website. You will receive an e-mail with your new password at the address you provided when you registered.

Can I remove an item from my order?

We will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail when your order is about to leave the warehouse. You can rectify it if the order is in the process of shipment in the email online@inlabmed.es or by telephone on +34918287021 / +34 687430816 indicating the name of the person who placed the order and the order number.

When do I know what I will receive from my order?

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order is about to leave the warehouse.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

Our company only sells new items in perfect condition, but if, exceptionally, you receive a defective product, please go to the "After-sales" section and explain the incident to us by email. online@inlabmed.es so that we can manage it as soon as possible.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive a product that you have not ordered, go to the "After-sales" section, and explain the incident to us so that we can deal with it as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Si su pedido está tramitado, en proceso de fabricación o importación esto le conllevará cubrir todos los gastos de transporte, gastos de aduanas, etc.
